7 Day Meditation Challenge
Are you ready? We encourage you to take a little moment each day for 7 days for this challenge. You do this for yourself. And it might really shift a lot of things in a coherent and almost magical way - you will know after traveling through these 7 days!

15-20 minutes per day.
A practice of attunement, recalibration and reenchantment through sound and poetic guidance.
Important:
You can listen at any time that suits you best. If possible, choose a consistent time each day to create a steady rhythm throughout the seven days.
After the guided meditation ends, you can of course stay in that space!
The meditations can also work well after a physical practice of your choice.
We recommend using headphones or a good speaker system to fully receive the sound.
