Our Mission

Amidst a world in flux, we cultivate fields of resonance, magnetizing positive and sustainable change. We believe that sound is the medicine of the future - a new and yet ancient modality of healing and attuning to the ever changing shifts of our world as well as our individual unfolding.

We believe that a genuine shift can occur when we establish a profound connection with the intimacy of our emotional and subtle body. From this point, we can expand our self-perception to encompass the broader interconnected web of life. The catalyst for societal shifts begins at the individual level, and we recognize the significant role that sound plays as a driver of change.

Sound Healing Artists and Directors of Sound Meditation Institute

Founded in 2016 by Alisa Reimer and Temple Haze, Soneiro originated from the convergence of poetry and sound. The intention has been to use sound and music to create safe passage out of the confines of everyday life, and into an intuitive reality. Serving as a reminder that positive change and a thriving creative world are possible.
Today, Soneiro is a multifaceted project facilitating educational and artistic experiences through the combination of sound, music, meditation and ceremony.
With extensive knowledge in cultural studies, ancestral arts and “brainwave entrainment technology" Soneiro creates one of a kind, symphonious sound experiences, inviting to transcend the confines of sensory perception.

Alisa’s background as a cultural researcher informs the sonic textures and musical landscapes that Soneiro brings to life, while Temple provides technical knowledge as a sound designer and composer.
As a collective, Soneiro works with international multidisciplinary artists, researchers and renowned wisdom carriers. Soneiro has also been curating conscious festival programs and teaching their approach on the work with sound and meditation at the Soneiro Sound Trainings.

THE NAME SONEIRO REFLECTS THE SPHERES INTO WHICH WE GUIDE.
IT IS A FUSION OF THE TERMS - SONIDO - SPANISH FOR SOUND
AND - ONEIRO - THE ANCIENT GREEK ARCHETYPE OF THE DREAM.

The project's name emerged during one of the first Sound Meditations, reflecting our intention to use sound and music to create safe passage out of the confines of everyday life, and into an intuitive, almost dream-like reality.

Alisa Reimer

Cultural researcher / Director

Alisa is a Berlin based cultural researcher, holistic facilitator, sound artist and curator.
In 2016 she co-founded Soneiro - a collective project through which she has been producing conscious programs for festivals, hosting sound meditation trainings and international retreats.
Alisa holds a masters degree in cultural studies, which she completed in México and Germany. In her research she bridges the scientific and ceremonial realm by exploring the role that ancient cosmologies and practices play in postmodern times. She lectures about her work in academia and in her own educational formats.
Alisa is studying closely with her teachers, mainly from Perú and Ecuador, the practices, rituals and modalities on the medicine path and is working as a „Wisdom Carrier Liaison“ - bringing her teachers, elders as well as indigenous communities to Europe, creating opportunities and settings so that they can share their rituals and amplify their message.

Temple is an American born singer/composer, holistic voice coach, meditation facilitator and sound designer based in Berlin.
As a seasoned Multi-Instrumentalist and producer, he alchemizes western composition with “neuro-sonic” tools, to lead Soneiro’s sonic vision.
As co-founder and sonic director of Soneiro Collective he holds space for sound journeys and ambient soundscapes as well as devotional singing formats - portraying the best of his universal knowledge and empathic feeling for music.
The Washington, DC native is also a fixture in the Berlin music & arts scene. Known for his raw expressive Solo Live sets, as well as collaborations as singer and co-composer of BAKERY, featured vocalist and writer with the likes of OLIVER KOLETZKI, SEPALOT, SAM SHURE, NAROU and LO, among others.
Temple is a multi-instrumentalist specializing in guitar, piano, harmonium, drums, bass, stringed instruments, percussion, singing, toning, chanting, electronic production, brainwave entrainment technology, and most recently 4D Sound Spatialization.

Tito La Rosa

Wisdom Carrier & Sound Healer

Tito La Rosa is a renowned Peruvian wisdom carrier of ancestral music and Andean cosmology, musician, composer and builder of musical instruments. Tito is a refined medicine man and sound healer.
For the last 40 years he has been working on healing through sound using ancestral instruments from ancient Peru and contemporary instruments from different parts of the world.

Kike Pinto

Wisdom Carrier & MUSICOLOGIST

Kike was born in Lima, of migrant parents from the Andes of Peru.
His journey as a music lover started as a young child, which inspired him to study composition at the National Conservatory of Music.
This is when he started to dedicate a life long study to the Andean music, travelling the whole country, visiting different regions and indigenous communities.
Many of his great teachers are from the Andes and the Amazonian Native Communities, through whom he discovered the ritualistic aspect of music, the connection to the cosmos, rivers, mountains and Mother Earth. In these communities he was instructed to compose and sing in the native musical language and learn from the traditional medicine and close relationship between sound and the sacred plants.
Over time Kike built up an extensive collection of musical instruments and opened the renowned Taki Institute of Culture and Museum in Cusco.

Caroline Mackintosh

Videographer / musician

Caroline is a South African born Artist living in Berlin. After finishing her studies she started expanding her horizons in various energetic healing modalities such as Voice healing and Sound Meditation and completed her Reiki teachings. Inspired by the natural world, she loves to work between the realms of imagery and Sound, her main mediums being photography, film visuals and music. She focusses on the discovering our connectivity through nature, capturing the essence of being and experiencing. Her dreamscape aesthetic shows the spontaneous need for the raw, wild and free in this world.

Kaio Moraes

Concert Violinist

Kaio is a Brazilian born, Berlin based concert violinist, featured in the Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt and a fellow of the Jazz Institute at the UDK in Berlin.
He has worked with Soneiro since 2016, supporting them musically with his virtuoso talent.

Laura Sequoia

Photographer & Vocalist

Laura is a passionate Singer-Songwriter, sound practitioner and photographer. She studied photo design and funnelled all of her energy into visual arts for many years, building a career as a freelance photographer.
Combining her sound journeys with breathwork and yoga, she hopes to touch people’s hearts deeply, yielding release and surrender.
She decided to follow her calling to work more holistically with sound and fell in love with the way Soneiro weaves sonic ceremonial spaces. She started working with Soneiro in 2022, supporting them with her photography, her marketing skills and her voice on stage at festivals and back home in the office.

Ashia Bison Rouge

Concert Cellist

Ashia carefully takes the listener into the deep dark woods of a sci-fi fairytale and out into the arms of a beloved friend with her captivating, expressive voice and cello playing. She creates distant journeys of electronic, pulsating, multi-layered orchestral pieces and then deconstructs them down into ambient, classical, and familiar nostalgic songs. Soneiro Collective collaborations began a couple of years ago with performances and giving a sound and loop station workshops in a Women’s Retreat. Next to her solo project she has performed with/for the Fraunhofer Institut 70th Anniversary, Cirque du Soleil, Chamäleon Theater, Portland Cello Project, Arstidir, Birdmilk Collective, and Vagabond Opera.
