The Soneiro Sound Training gives you the opportunity to experience sound work on an artistic and holistic level while opening pathways to work with sound and your voice. The training enriches your professional path, while also supporting your personal development.
You will learn practical knowledge and techniques that you can then integrate into your everyday life, artistic practice, as well as combine it with your individual therapeutic or holistic work. At the end of this training you will have the skills to create and facilitate your own sound experiences and confidently hold space with sound.

The Modules
Philosophy and Theory of Sound
Understanding the principles and science behind sound therapy and its effects on the human body, mind and spirit. A holistic perspective combining science, ancestral wisdom, animism, philosophy and much more.
The Instruments
Hands-on sessions: practice using different instruments and sonic tools such as Singing Bowls, Gong, Monochord, string instruments, a full body Monochord for 1:1 sessions, as well as several ancient, therapeutic and melodic instruments (we provide all instruments at training).
Vocal Work & Holistic Voice Therapy
Opening the voice, vocal toning, chanting and singing. Using the voice as an emotional release tool, to open up into spaces of resonance.
Facilitation and Real-Life Applications
Learn how to facilitate experiences with sound and how to integrate sound into existing therapeutic, holistic and artistic practices. Ask all your questions in the Zoom calls and at the on-site retreat.
Soundscapes Creation
Learning to design, create and guide sound journeys for individuals as well as groups. Starting to create sonic landscapes with a unique dramaturgy.
Personal Experience and Integration
A key focus of our work is personal experience as the foundation. The trainings provide a profound journey of transformation that will inspire and enrich your practice in meaningful ways.
Open Your Voice
In this training we work deeply with the holistic voice therapy method
Harness the power of your own voice
Speak and sing with more clarity and intention
Gain more volume and confidence in your speech
You are invited to “re-discover” your voice as a vibrational instrument, capable of expanding and expressing freely. During this training we will cover scientific studies, somatic practices and energetic techniques providing you with clear holistic guidance on how to open and activate your voice.
50hr Training Immersion
The training is divided into 3 formats of study and practice.

You will receive a Soneiro Sound Training certificate at the end of the 3 Day Immersion.
For yoga teachers registered with Yoga Alliance, this is an official 50hr continuing education course

In baroque coziness this fireplace room in the historic old town of Potsdam invites you to dream. The Jaderaum includes a sound studio with (therapeutic) instruments of all kinds.

Temple Haze
COMPOSER, HOLISTIC VOICE MENTOR & MUSICAL DIRECTOR

Temple is an American born singer/composer, holistic voice coach, meditation facilitator and sound designer based in Berlin.
As a seasoned Multi-Instrumentalist and producer, he alchemizes western composition with “neuro-sonic” tools, to lead Soneiro’s sonic vision.
As co-founder and sonic director of Soneiro Collective he holds space for sound journeys and ambient soundscapes as well as devotional singing formats - portraying the best of his universal knowledge and empathic feeling for music.
The Washington, DC native is also a fixture in the Berlin music & arts scene. Known for his raw expressive Solo Live sets, as well as collaborations as singer and co-composer of BAKERY, featured vocalist and writer with the likes of OLIVER KOLETZKI, SEPALOT, SAM SHURE, NAROU and LO, among others.
Temple is a multi-instrumentalist specializing in guitar, piano, harmonium, drums, bass, stringed instruments, percussion, singing, toning, chanting, electronic production, brainwave entrainment technology, and most recently 4D Sound Spatialization.
Alisa Reimer
CULTURAL RESEARCHER & EDUCATOR, WRITER & SOUND ARTIST

Alisa is a Berlin based cultural researcher, holistic facilitator, sound artist and curator.
In 2016 she co-founded Soneiro - a collective project through which she has been producing conscious programs for festivals, hosting sound meditation trainings and international retreats.
Alisa holds a masters degree in cultural studies, which she completed in México and Germany. In her research she bridges the scientific and ceremonial realm by exploring the role that ancient cosmologies and practices play in postmodern times. She lectures about her work in academia and in her own educational formats.
Alisa is studying closely with her teachers, mainly from Perú and Ecuador, the practices, rituals and modalities on the medicine path and is working as a „Wisdom Carrier Liaison“ - bringing her teachers, elders as well as indigenous communities to Europe, creating opportunities and settings so that they can share their rituals and amplify their message.

Our training is made for all levels!
Beginners with no musical experience, those with some experience and also those who are professional musicians. You do not need previous experience with music or playing music, however it’s great if you do have experience.We do recommend you start getting acquainted with how sound and music affect you in daily life.
We have a full range of participants, from professional musicians to those who have never picked up an instrument before. All are welcome!

Our in person training specialises on the therapeutic use of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, the gong, metallophones and chimes, steel tongue drums, monochords, sansula, frame drum, other melodic instruments and the human voice.

We have incredible handmade singing bowls available through our webshop. These bowls have unique character, long resonance and are hand selected by our Team.

You do not NEED any instruments before the In Person Training, but it is recommended.
If you have an instrument that you would like to connect with, we encourage you to bring it to the in person training.
At the training we have a plethora of instruments to work with and explore so all you need to bring is yourself! -
Of Course you can. It is all a practice and you are very invited to practice with us. During the Trainings we offer different meditation techniques ranging from mindfulness meditations to visual and auditory meditations, such as our sound meditations.

This training is limited to 12 participants.

We conduct our events in both English and German, but please note that the Sound Training is held in English. For the best experience, we recommend that participants have at least a B1 level of English. However, we often provide translations for portions of the lectures to accommodate students with a lower level of English proficiency.
That said, sound and music transcend spoken language—they are universal languages of their own. Most of the training is hands-on and experiential, allowing you to learn through direct practice and experience. So, don’t let language concerns hold you back—we’re here to support you!
