THE INTENTION

While many regions are undergoing extreme experiences of division, conflict, war, and even genocide, we witness these terrors from afar, often feeling overwhelmed, divided, helpless, saddened, angry, and powerless. It is crucial to acknowledge these movements, take mindful action, and embrace the world’s grieving. Equally, it is vital to reconnect to the frequency of peace within and around us, remaining grounded in it rather than succumbing to further division. We believe that intentionally holding peace while remaining aware of political and social realities is what’s needed from each of us.

This full moon, we will dedicate two hours to raising the frequency of peace. In acknowledgment of the complexity of the world’s issues, we will not engage in political discourse during this meditation. Let’s use our presence and precious time to anchor peace within ourselves and our surroundings and emanate and send it to the people and places where it is mostly needed.

Every presence counts.

Please join us.

THE CHARITY CAUSE

PLEASE DONATE TO SUPPORT CHILDREN IN PALESTINE

This is a charity event. You will be invited to send a donation of your choice to the cause that we suggest. We trust in your commitment to this peace prayer and that you will send your donation either before or right after the session (you will receive all information for donation via mail from us). We suggest that you donate an amount that is in reciprocity to the 2 hour workshop that we create all together.

The organization is called The Ghassan Abu Sittah Children’s Fund.

  • - This Fund is dedicated to the children of Gaza & Lebanon: providing medical attention to the children who need it the most and helping to relieve the medical sector.

The first initiative for the Fund, under the expert guidance of Dr. Ghassan Abu Sittah, is the transportation of critically injured children with their caretakers from Palestine to Lebanon, where they can receive the best possible medical, psychological, and social care, before returning home to Palestine where they will continue their recovery.

  • We invite you to take a moment to reflect on a resonant amount to donate to this charity. Workshops like this typically have a ticket price of 30–50€, so we ask you to consider contributing within that range—or more, if that is available to you, knowing that your donation can have a great impact. If you’re facing financial challenges, a smaller amount is equally appreciated. Please send your donation before or shortly after our gathering. Thank you for bringing your presence, commitment, and support to this important cause.
