Sound for Liminal Times
During this intensive training immersion, we will explore sound as a tool to accompany times of pivotal transition. Through sound, frequency, and the voice, we can create safe passage through these threshold moments, providing support, guidance, orientation, and comfort.
Liminal moments as we know them include birth and death, but they extend beyond these and we meet then througout life. Liminal moments encompass profound personal transformation, re-orientation, separation, grieving, new beginnings, dream states, but also pregnancy, dis-ease and recovery.
Advanced Training Program
We will skip the introductions and dive straight into advance sound journey techniques, structures and facilitation. We advise beginners to join our other all-level training offerings. If you feel you are ready to take your sound work to the next level, this training is for you!
Throughout this training, participants will explore working with therapeutic instruments, vocal practices, and the art of creating soundscapes—learning to harness sound and the voice to accompany people through sacred thresholds and moments of profound change, passage and liminality.

The Modules
Philosophy and Theory of Sound
Understanding the principles and science behind sound therapy and its effects on the human body, mind and spirit. A holistic perspective combining science, ancestral wisdom, animism, philosophy and much more.
Practical Workshops
Hands-on sessions: practice using different instruments and sound tools such as Singing Bowls, Gong, Monochord, a full body Monochord for 1:1 sessions, as well as several ancient, therapeutic and melodic instruments (we provide all instruments at training).
Vocal Work & Holistic Voice Therapy
Opening the voice, vocal toning, chanting and singing. Using the voice as an emotional release tool, to open up into spaces of resonance.
Facilitation and Real-Life Applications
Learn how to facilitate experiences with sound and how to integrate sound into existing therapeutic, holistic and artistic practices. Ask all your questions in the Zoom calls and at the on-site retreat.
Soundscapes Creation
Learning to design, create and guide sound journeys for individuals as well as groups. Starting to create sonic landscapes with a unique dramaturgy.
Personal Experience and Integration
A key focus of our work is personal experience as the foundation. The trainings provide a profound journey of transformation that will inspire and enrich your practice in meaningful ways.

This training involves therapeutic, holistic and artistic practice as well as philosophical discourse and theory. By the end of this training, participants will have gained a comprehensive understanding of how to use sound as a powerful tool to support themselves and others during life’s most transformative moments. This knowledge will empower them to create environments for themselves and others navigating the thresholds of profound change.

The rooms are located in beautiful locations that we personally chose, in the same street of the historic dutch quarter and in the surrounding area of the Jade Room. If you book a room with us, it is for Friday and Saturday or Thursday to Saturday nights.

Temple Haze
COMPOSER, HOLISTIC VOICE MENTOR & MUSICAL DIRECTOR

Temple is an American born singer/composer, holistic voice coach, meditation facilitator and sound designer based in Berlin.
As a seasoned Multi-Instrumentalist and producer, he alchemizes western composition with “neuro-sonic” tools, to lead Soneiro’s sonic vision.
As co-founder and sonic director of Soneiro Collective he holds space for sound journeys and ambient soundscapes as well as devotional singing formats - portraying the best of his universal knowledge and empathic feeling for music.
The Washington, DC native is also a fixture in the Berlin music & arts scene. Known for his raw expressive Solo Live sets, as well as collaborations as singer and co-composer of BAKERY, featured vocalist and writer with the likes of OLIVER KOLETZKI, SEPALOT, SAM SHURE, NAROU and LO, among others.
Temple is a multi-instrumentalist specializing in guitar, piano, harmonium, drums, bass, stringed instruments, percussion, singing, toning, chanting, electronic production, brainwave entrainment technology, and most recently 4D Sound Spatialization.
Alisa Reimer
CULTURAL RESEARCHER & EDUCATOR, WRITER & SOUND ARTIST

Alisa is a Berlin based cultural researcher, holistic facilitator, sound artist and curator.
In 2016 she co-founded Soneiro - a collective project through which she has been producing conscious programs for festivals, hosting sound meditation trainings and international retreats.
Alisa holds a masters degree in cultural studies, which she completed in México and Germany. In her research she bridges the scientific and ceremonial realm by exploring the role that ancient cosmologies and practices play in postmodern times. She lectures about her work in academia and in her own educational formats.
Alisa is studying closely with her teachers, mainly from Perú and Ecuador, the practices, rituals and modalities on the medicine path and is working as a „Wisdom Carrier Liaison“ - bringing her teachers, elders as well as indigenous communities to Europe, creating opportunities and settings so that they can share their rituals and amplify their message.

As mentors, we are honored to hold this space for you. Over the years of hosting this training, we have witnessed how life-changing it has been for many participants. We have seen individuals undergo profound personal transformation and healing, fully integrate these experiences into their work, or even embark on new chapters in their professional careers after participating in our trainings. Yes! This Training is for those who already have been working with therapeutic or melodic instruments for at least 1 year. We skip over the preliminary ideas and move into deep understanding of sound and sound journeys

This will be a small training group as it has a maximum capacity of 12 participants.

We have the hightest quality instruments on site as well as handmade singing bowls available through our webshop. These bowls have unique character, long resonance and are hand selected by our Team.
On site you can take your time to look through our instrument Bazaar and find what resonates with you!

At the training we have a plethora of instruments to work with and explore so all you need to bring is yourself! -
Of course you can. It is all a practice and you are very invited to practice with us. During the Trainings we offer different meditation techniques ranging from mindfulness meditations to visual and auditory meditations, such as our sound meditations. walking meditations, Yoga Nidra, breathwork and many other practices.

We conduct our events in both English and German, but please note that the Sound Training is held in English.
That said, sound and music transcend spoken language—they are universal languages of their own. Most of the training is hands-on and experiential, allowing you to learn through direct practice and experience. So, don’t let language concerns hold you back—we’re here to support you!
Many people feel unsure about their English before the training, but this worry quickly fades once they arrive. The trainings are experiential, and sound is a universal language. Don’t worry—it has always worked out! -
The training days take place from 9am - 6pm.
